What is Bounty? ..... I'm a bit thick aren't I?

I know that there is a campaign to stop them in wards, and at my booking in I got my first of a potential 4 bounty packs...

So what exactly do they do?!?!

Bounty is a 'parenting club'. The packs are basically just advertising.

So what are they pushing in the postnatal wards?!

Pack seemed to be mainly recycling...

yup, and so it should be.

it's full of adverts - companies pay big money to Bounty t put their crap samples and leaflets in the bags, then the Bounty woman comes round and forces herself on you at you most vulnerable time.

The 'Bounty Lady' comes round, offers (or demands) to take photos of your new baby, then gives you the opportunity (or pressures you in-) to buying sets of photos. She will also ask for your contact details so that they can continue to send you offers and freebies (or junk mail).
