Obviously you grow in pregnancy, but I am bloated Hmm
Just got over a sickness & diarrhoea bug where I couldn't eat for like 24 hours, then I needed food so I ended up eating a big dinner, and then on I am bloated, constipated and just ergh SadSad

I had this with both dd's but not this early on. I feel huge already where as I wasn't showing with the others until 22/25 weeks.
I'm slim, so it's noticeable.

Also an issue is I have umbilical hernia, and split muscles. So I think I am showing more noticeably because nothing is being held in, and also the hernia pops my belly button area out.

Very gloomy today :(

I started taking a product called Lepicol a couple of
weeks ago which is pro and pre-biotics and fibre and I THINK it has helped my bloating and constipation (still not perfect though! Blush) You can get them in Boots or health food shops. It's a bit miserable though isn't it? I'm on DC3 too, and my belly is massive, especially as the day wears on, like you it's pretty obvious as I'm usually slim.

I feel your pain littleray.
I had to tell people about my pregnancy early at ten weeks as I was so bloated that I looked really pregnant.
was also constipated and windy.
fortunately this started to ease about four weeks ago(now 24+4) and feel so much more comfy even though I have a proper baby bump now so there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
this is my second baby.

I second the comment about probiotics. I bought a box of probiotic tablets from Holland and Barratt and it's made the world of difference...

Which ones were they from holland & Barrett? X
