Apologies for the dramatic title, I just feel so shit all the time. Queasy almost all day long, bloating and trapped wind, heartburn most nights then swinging between constipation and bouts of diarrhea. Every couple of days I am sick too, and on top of that I am so exhausted I am falling asleep as soon as my bum hits the sofa in the evening. All whilst working full time. I feel like I can't carry on like this much longer.

I am only just past 6 weeks, it is so different to my first pregnancy with DD, I had morning sickness and was quite tired, but did not feel anywhere near as shit as this and had no digestive problems. It is really getting me down.

How can I combat the bloating/trapped wind/constipation?

I am trying to eat fibre and healthy food, but the queasiness does always allow for that, some things I just cannot stomach.

15 weeks today and starting to return to normal... It will pass, I promise.

I also suffered from a really upset stomach. It was a nightmare, frankly.

The only way I survived was by getting signed into reduced hours by my doctor, and when it was really bad, taking the odd day off.

I hope you start to feel better soon.

Thank you for all the replies, as bad as I feel for everyone suffering, it is a relief to know it's not just me.

This morning I was so violently sick I was sobbing into the toilet bowl, DH must think I am deranged. The back of my throat actually feels charred from bringing up so much acid Sad
