Constant pain lower lefthand side of bump

Wondering whether any of you have had something similar?

Since 7.30pm I've had a constant pain/ache on the lefthand side of my bump. It feels quite tight.

Correction: pain is on right.

I had that about 2 weeks ago but mine was really intense, I was told baby was being a little bigger and laying on a nerve. try a warm bath or swimming x

bugger* as shes low down and measuring 2 weeks over
