What is recommended? I am 12 weeks 2 and have lots of tension in my shoulders, neck and feet. Can I have a massage? Please advise!

Well I had a special pregnancy massage at our local spa place. I think some places are happy to give massages, and some not. You just need to be careful about what oils they use I think!

My understanding is that you need to have a specialist pregnancy massage which avoids certain pressure areas - obvious ones around the uterus but also reflexology points which are associated with the womb.

I have a massage booked for tomorrow during which I will be positioned in water pillows. Had a few like that when pregnant with DD - heaven!

I had a fabulous pregnancy massage. I loved it!
