Anyone had symptoms disappear and not MMC?

So I'm 9 weeks pg and had very bad nausea all dys long nd boobs really sore and full, then overnight these symptoms disappeared.
This was on Sunday and I feel so back to normal(some mild nausea still) that I'm sure I've had a mmc. I have appt with the MW tomorrow and I know they won't scan me early, so I'm just gonna have to wait,,..
But just wandered if anyone has had this happen and they've then been scanned and baby still there?

Suppose I'm just living in hope?

I hardly have any symptoms. I wear sickness bands that curb the nausea so not sure if it ever lasted. Tenderness in my boobs keep coming and going. I'm 23+1 and the only symptoms I have are tiredness and carpal tunnel. Different with everyone I think and there's always hope.

Yes, me. Your placenta has probably kicked in which diminishes a lot of symptoms. I woke up one morning feeling really well around 9/10 weeks and I'm just under 36 weeks now.

Yes! I was in tears at about 8 weeks because all my symptoms went (they'd been quite bad) and even ended up with blue cheese and a glass of wine as I was CONVINCED I'd miscarried. Began planning next ttc date etc etc. ... symptoms back with avengence about 3days later and five month old sleeping next to me now.
Symptoms were on and off for all of first trimester for me. I'm sure your baby is fine, much more likely to be ok than not.

Spookey, this happened to me. I sat in the consultants office at 11 weeks sobbing my heart out as my symptoms had all disappeared a couple of weeks previously. I was convinced I had miscarried as didn't even have a tender boob.

said child turned seven on Sunday. He was there, my symptoms just weren't.

Sickness (or lack thereof) is no indication whatsoever.

To put it bluntly: my best friend found out her baby had died at around 8 weeks at my 12 week scan. She was still throwing up every morning and felt knackered.

Sorry, that's probably the wrong sort of reassurance - but believe me, sickness is no indication.

Thanks all, but my boobs just deflated after being so tender and full, seems so odd?
I don't know. I have 2dcs and had uncomplicated pg with both so I guess I'm just expecting for something to trip me up.
Should try to be more positive I suppose.

That happened to me too. I had a mmc at 6/7wks but still had symptoms all the way up to my 12wk scan when we found out. So it's true, sickness/symptoms (or lack of) are not a definitive sign. My symptoms only stopped after I had erpc, but then my boobs still leaked milk for 3/4 days

Me too. At around 9wks or so actually. Its because the placenta starts taking over, I did worry though!

Yep, every pregnancy! At around 8 weeks too. Suddenly I feel a lot better. It scared me the first time, but baby was fine.

Two of them the baby had not developed properly, yet I felt plenty sick up until that point so clearly my body did not care. The other three baby was just fine.

Symptoms appear to mean diddly-squat for me at least in terms of pregnancy progression. So I am counting the days until I feel normalish again right now!! (7 weeks today!)

Just to update anyone who might be interested and to give others hope.
I went to the mw last week in tears telling her I thought I had miscarried, she was lovely and arranged an early scan for me, which I had today and all was fine, baby there, growing and strong heartbeat.

Ah, I'm glad it's all ok. It's strange how sometimes you don't have any symptoms and you wait for your mid wife appointment just to listen to the heartbeat. Good Luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

I'm 8 weeks today up until 2 days ago my nausea went away and I worried to death considering I had a miscarriage back in june, but I can now say they r back I get nausea all day and sickness al night wish it was gone again I was askin the same question wishing it back hope I get a break like that again I thinlk your body is just kicking it to the symptomns I'm sitting here now forcing myself to eat lol feel awful but glad there back weird as that is x
