Harmony NIPT test - anyone had it done?

I'm in two minds...

With my first, we paid for a private Nuchal and abnormality scan later on and was quite happy with that. This time I am more worried, first because I am older (36) and second because I already have a child whose future I have to think about.

A friend did the Harmony test and that gave her some piece of mind, but I just think about the huge cost. We can afford it, but it's still a hell of a lot of money.

Anyone did it and can share their experience/reasoning?
