Epsom salts in the bath and Caneston ? The pessaries not the tablets. Think it might be the chlorine in the swimming pool that's given me the sore fanjo.

I think the pessaries can't be inserted all the way in, so not sure what use they would be. I'd go and ask your pharmacist to be honest.

Providing 'normal' pg. You can use the pessaries but not the applicator so they don't go in quite as far. Ask pharmacist for advice if concerned.
