Evaporation line or positive?

Had unprotected sex three weeks ago (don't know how many DPO I am) and took this test today.

A white line came up but it is pink at the edges?

Is this a evaporation line or a faint positive?

How old is it in the pic? (minutes / hours?)

Mine was much fainter than that and I'm 15 weeks +4 now. At the time, I googled faint lines and the consensus seemed to be "a line is a line"

I can see a line :)

I found the internet sticks were rubbish for me and I didn't get a proper positive until I was about 6 weeks pregnant.

I found the first response ones to be the best, suggest you get to a chemist :)

Yes you are pregnant i took 3 of those from 99p shop and yours is darker than mine was

I had a similar line on one of those exact tests and it was an evap line.

Never took one again.

I'd say that was a faulty test and to try again with another.

Hi,

The white line appeared almost immediately and the pink line appeared within the 10 min timeframe.

I would still retest with a different brand frer are ine of the best. Superdrugs are also good. People say digi's aren't as good as they can't pick up the lower levels. However sainsburys digi gave me my bfp the day my period was due!

Try boots cheapo ones to make sure. I got a positive at 3+5 with a boots one.

I personally think congrats are in order! i got the cheapo pound shop ones like them and my first positive was even lighter than yours, the next day it was darker so try again in the morning. Keep us posted! :-)

I used that brand and had a far fainter line than that and I was pregnant.

I used tescos own. 2 in a pack for 3quid. Really strong line. Id say pregnant tbh but would try again x

Well I tried again this evening and it was negative!

Perhaps my hcg level were not high enough as it wasn't first morning pee?

Might take another on Friday morning.

defo try again cos wen i got my first faint positive i had a negative later that day as my wee wais dilute. The next morn i had darker line. I dont want to get your hopes up but it sure does look positive as an evap line has no colour at all. gud luk
