amazing scan :)

I was so scared this morning before our first scan but everything is good and we have a very wriggly baby that would not stay still :) had no idea that it would be that amazing!! Good luck to everyone else and I hope everyone who had nerves feels better :) x

Congrats Pippin its the most amazing feeling isnt it :) and although my scan was 12 years ago (this week I think?!) it still amazes me how incredible it all is, and I'm a nurse who used to work in NICU!!

Congratulations on seeing your baby for the first time, scans are really amazing aren't they! You've got a couple more to look forward to

Glad it went well for you pippin. I have another scan in a couple of hours, am 16 weeks and is a routine scan as I'm diabetic but for some reason I'm bricking it. Everything has been fine so far and no reason to think this one wont be but my hubby works nights and cant come to this one today so going on my own has me convinced there will be a problem :(

I had my first 12 week scan on Monday and yes it was truly amazing!!! To see the heartbeat was fantastic and then to hear it ......... beautiful!! I too had a wriggly baby!!! x

My scan was fine,for the first time actually saw the baby wiggling about in there which was amazing. Though at my last scan (3 weeks ago) I was measuring at 13 weeks and now at 18 weeks, keep going at this rate baby will be here this year!

I loved my 12 week scan even though I was terrified before it! Our baby was also very wriggly and now at 24 weeks I seem to feel him/her move all the time

I found the 20 week scan just as amazing and the detail was unbelievable so enjoy when it comes! X
