38 weeks with dc2, everyone saying I've "dropped"

But according to the MW I haven't. When I say this thy question me like th know better than the MWs, and myself (been pregnant before I know what It feels likes whn bump has dropped.)

Everyone always seems to think they know my body better than me or the HCPs. Fed up of months o rude comments that my bump is "abnormally large" and doubtful looks when I tell them I am x months.

Trying to hold in there....2 more weeks, then no more comments about my appearance (to my face at least!)

For the record I've always measured spot on, never too big. Do why does literally everyone tell my I'm too big?!

Grin aah I remember those days of everyone passing comment and being so called experts.

Nothing else compares to pregnancy when people think they can pass comment on bump, boobs, hair, skin, diet, puffed up feet etc.

I loved proving them wrong and pulling them up about things they had said, but then again I was a cow with no patience Wink.

Bah so annoying. I know how you feel, I had colleagues saying, 'ooh you look at least 6 months' when I was around 4 months gone (ok my bump was very 'out front' from day 1). Mostly by people who either a. Have never been pregnant or b. haven't been pregnant for 40+years. Your midwife is a trained professional. Everyone else is guessing & trying to look somehow 'insightful'. Ignore them! Easier said than done I know, or you could always unleash some of those pregnancy hormones on the gobshites! Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy Smile

Yes to both of you! Need to try and ignore the comments and smile through gritted teeth when ppl ask "ooh you must be overdue!" And the look shocked and disgusted and in disbelief when I tell them 2 more weeks. 2 week s no time a way, when am I allowed to look heavily pregnant?! Aaarrrgghh! That feels better.
