I need people's views on this please. I just found out I'm 8 week pregnant today, and on Saturday I had almost full bottle of blended whisky can't stop worrying my baby is going to have an effect. usually I don't drink but this one night out with friend is killing me of what harm I most have cause on my baby, can't stop crying since I found out I am pregnant and I may have harm my baby

My best friend is pregnant and she didn't find out until she was over 11 weeks pregnant - and she'd had many a drunken weekend during that time Smile

Please don't worry - I don't know of the exact details but it takes some time for the placenta to actually develop and so for a good few weeks the baby isn't even sharing your bloodstream anyway.
