I need people's views on this please. I just found out I'm 8 week pregnant today, and on Saturday I had almost full bottle of blended whisky can't stop worrying my baby is going to have an effect. usually I don't drink but this one night out with friend is killing me of what harm I most have cause on my baby, can't stop crying since I found out I am pregnant and I may have harm my baby

Please don't worry - you've more than likely done nothing! Lots and lots of women do and eat and smoke and take all sorts of things they shouldn't before they know they're pregnant.

Talk to your midwife at your booking appointment, but honestly, you're neither the first nor the last!
