Feeling awful- why??

Hi all, I'm going to moan so I'm sorry!

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and have had a bit of a difficult time of it, although nothing like some of the ladies on here with SPD and the like. I had hyperemesis, have continued to feel awful even after the sickness went away, am measuring a bit on the large side and now have found out the baby is breech.

This is all okay, but today I'm struggling. I've had terrible constipation for days, due to iron tablets from the midwife. This has subsided now, but has been replaced with diarrhoea (sorry TMI). I had prolonged period pain style ache last night and now my nausea has returned. I've also got the normal bump aches and pains that go with being 36 weeks pregnant.

My previous child was born at 37 weeks so I'm definitely symptom watching, but honestly I am just so tired of being pregnant. I know, it's ungrateful, but I have felt awful for months and I just want it to be over and have (Fingers tightly crossed) a beautiful, healthy, happy baby at the end of it.

Should I be worried or symptom spotting? Or is my imagination running away with me and I've still got weeks of this to go?

Sorry for moaning!

Oh snap... I'm waiting cautiously as my twice a week CTGs shown contractions.

I'm 36+3, HG, SPD, was heinously backed up thanks to iron and ondansetron and have suddenly entered 'clear out' mode, cramping, feeling sick and gross...

I too am over being pregnant and feel bad for wanting DC out of there. And the effect it has had on DD.

So can't offer any advice, only solidarity and empathy!

Thanks for the sympathy. It's sort of nice to know someone else is in the same boat!

Can help with the iron bit. I got my prescription changed to something called Sytron (I think), which is a liquid medicine and tastes okay - like cough medicine. Much gentler. Also try double dosage of Spatone, you can buy it in chemists and it is a natural product.
