Hi

I'm 6/7 weeks at the moment and thought I was doing really well with the symptoms ... headaches, tiredness and crampish pains (although I got quite scared when these symptoms weakened). However, the morning afternoon / evening sickness has kicked in. I am a bit confused though as I haven't had it at all in the morning. It just comes on after lunch ... odd!!!

How's everyone else doing? Hopefully ok!

Oh bless you.

Mine started in the night!!

Make sure you have some dry crackers to munch on, I found that the hungrier I got the more I felt sick.

Now 14 weeks and starting to feel better.

Star the day as you mean to go along, eat before you get up and then little and often.
