Hello everyone.
I am 11 weeks and had a scan on wednesday where all was ok. Only today i have a little bit of bloody cm.
I had a mmc end of feb (although never grew beyond 7 weeks) so I am doing better but I am so scared and sad that its happening again.
I have had scans at 7+4 weeks and 10+5 and CRL is good but gestational sac is a little on the small side of normal.
7+4 weeks it was 30mmx18mmx37mm mean vol 10.5
10+5 it was 29mmx41mmx42mm mean vol of 26.1

so that first measurement is smaller.
I haven't been dtd but all I can think was maybe it is from the internal scan?
Has anyone else had this? I am petrified I am going to have to go through mmc all again.
Thanks
x

Try not to worry.

I had a bit of bleeding around 6-7 weeks for nearly 3 weeks. The internal scan could have dislodged some old blood.

I'm now 14+5 and feeling positive x

Thanks LST, really praying its just a result of a bit of irritation from the scan. Nothing more today, but I have that element of anxiety. Fingers crossed for my 12 week scan on Wednesday.

Try not to worry too much - blood flow is really increased to your cervix in early pregnancy apparently, so sex or an internal scan could irritate it and cause some spotting.

Something like 10% of women have some bleeding/spotting in early pregnancy with no problems.

Thanks maja. This is what I'll keep trying to remind myself. It's funny now I think I have heightened awareness of how I feel and ever little twinge or ache.
