So I'm bloated, uncomfortable, windy and nauseas.

Popped into holland and Barrett this morning, and the advisor suggested I take charcoal tablets for my bloating. She said to consult my midwife which I will but gas anyone else tried them?

P.s I also bought some ginger and lemon tea, I hate ginger but AMAZING for nauseaSmile

Hi! I don't know about whether charcoal is good during pregnancy but it has been amazing for me for a host of complaints including ibs symptoms including heartburn and indigestion and thrush as it is alkaline. However it can contribute to constipation so be careful!

Oh I'm already constipated one day and the next I can go Grin maybe I'll wait to speak to my midwife unless anyone else has experience of taking them whilst pregnant

Peppermint is fine. You'd have to drink loads of cups consecutively for it to be a problem!
