Pregnancy Pains

Im just over 14 weeks pregnant and was just wondering if anyone else suffers indigestion pains just below their bump, a bit like trapped wind. I've had this for a couple of days now since i drank some diet coke could this possibly have caused it or could it be pain related to muscles stretching?

I had this. I put it down to stomach muscles stretching at this stage of pregnancy and went on and off until 20 weeks plus. If you are in real pain of a level where you are wanting painkillers, or any other symptoms such as bleedind/high temp etc I would give your mw a ring. Otherwise, I wouldn’t worry too much :)

Thanks they arent severe and seem to be not as bad when im walking around just when sitting

I had this also! mine was trpped wind tho, it does ease up as you go through your pregnancy but you will still get the odd trapped wind feeling!
