Hi everyone, have just joined after spending most of my pregnancy googling how I've felt and coming across this forum more than once!
I'm 30+4 and feel absolutely rubbish! Woke up this morning for work and as soon as I got up I was sick (sorry for tmi) has anyone else had this or any other glorious pregnancy illness happen at this stage of pregnancy?
Thanks in advance :)

Hi 1stTimer!

Sickness can come back in later pregnancy. Your bump is higher and baby might be pressing up on your stomach. I'm 39 weeks and my top tip is chewable antacid! Can't get through a night without it!

Good luck! Only 10 weeks to go.

Wow u must be excited?! Good luck with everything! Ahh yes no night is now complete without heartburn! Lol!
Thanks for your advice Smile I have spoken to my midwife and she isn't worried about the sickness at all... I've been getting really uncomfortable back ache and pangs across tummy so have been told strictly by mw and oh to do nothing and if it doesn't improve I am to go to local labour ward to be checked!
No one warns you of all the anxiety! I was a prem baby at 28weeks so probably making myself worse!

Hey 1stTimer!
If you fancy it, come join the Oct thread in the antenatal section, someone on it was asking the very same thing the other day. I'm having my first too and it's so handy to see what everyone else is going through at the same stage as you Smile I'm 28+5 and occasionally throwing up a bit due to reflux but with back pains too it would be more worrying!

Glad you've spoke to your midwife and hope everything settles down for you!

hi Sparkeleigh, i think i have found the thread and have just posted :) thank you. It definitely feels reassuring to have on hand advice from other mums! Reflux is horrid at the best of times, let alone causing sickness! i hope it settles a little for you so you arent sick too much!
