Maternity Leave.... who's due to leave in August?!

Hiya Ladies,

Im currently sitting at my desk counting down the hours until I leave this Friday... I am SO ready to leave now as I have been given no work and twiddling my thumbs for the past 2 weeks (very boring).

I will be just over 34 weeks when i leave with some AL to use up first! Baby is measuring 2 weeks ahead of schedule so im hoping he/she makes an early entrance!

Is anyone else leaving during August?

Me! Not until the 23rd though, so 3 weeks 3 days to go. Will be 35 weeks, using up 3 weeks A/L before Mat leave kicks in.

Can't wait - although I have a 2.6 year old DS who I will be taking out of childcare due to finances and so slightly nervous about looking after him FT while heavily pregnant - I'm sure it will be fine though .

Congratulations on your pregnancy, and I hope Friday comes around quickly for you.

I left last week (with a lot of AL to take) and am due 19th. Wish the baby would get here as am finding it difficult running around after DD with all the BH!

23rd too! Will be 36 weeks and I am sooo ready. Tired and achy and fed up with being hot in the office. Starting my handover next week so can start winding down hopefully :)

20th for me and it really can't come quick enough! Will be almost 33 weeks then! Have some al before mat leave begins which is a bonus!
Swollen ankles from being on feet constantly are definitely loosing their appeal now!

My last day is the 29th of August and I'll be 34 weeks, then I've got annual leave to take me up to my ML date of 1st October. I go in holiday tomorrow so after that I've only got 3 weeks of work left!

I have just finished work. I am 30 weeks today and there is no way I could have continued, the sod is so bad I am barely sleeping and can hardly walk let alone work

I leave on the 30th, although I'm not working any fridays until then. Yipeee.. I also have SPD Wickedgirl and sitting at work is ok until i have to stand!! Ouch. Baby is due 24th September, I just know if I finish early he will be late!

Only 17 more days for me after today not that I am counting!

Same @wickedgirl my SPD has been awful, sitting at a desk all day seems to have made it worse too so i cannot wait to kiss goodbye my horrible office chair haha !! We all deserve a few weeks before to get our nails done and our hair.... ive never felt like such a scruff bag in all of my life!
