Sorry if this is TMI, just looking for a little reassurance or clarity.
I?m currently 16+2 with a single baby, when the pregnancy started there were two in there, one sadly failed at around 7/8 weeks and just kind of ?hung around?. The doctor said it would probably be absorbed back into my body or just ?leave?. It was visible to the sonographer at our 12 week scan, but not causing any problems.
I?ve just been to the loo and when I was done, something a little ?jelly? looking and a bit brown/cream coloured was floating in the loo, it was perhaps a 1.5cm big and shaped like a bean. Nothing on the paper when I wiped (other than a little discharge, which I understand is perfectly normal at my stage of pg and I?ve had for a week or so now).
Could this be the foetus that didn?t develop leaving my body? Next midwife appointment is on 12 August so I'll ask then but I guess a scan would need to show with any certainty (booked in for one in early Sept)?
