Is it possible for the mucus plug to have a, ahem, semen-like consistency?

For background, DP and I dtd for the first time in around a month last night. Over 12 hours including a bath later I am still 'cleaning up' . I know it had probably built up a fair bit but seriously?!

So really just wanted to check whether it is possibly the plug coming away? 35+3 - first pg if that isn't ridiculously obvious :)

could possibly be the mucus plug. mine had a brown tinge to it so I wasn't in any doubt but my advice would be to put on a sanitary towel and maybe get it checked?

We dtd last night for the first time in a while and afterwards I was shocked at the amount of, erm, fluid. For a scary min I thought my waters had broken but it was just a build up I think. Dh has just confessed that last night he thought the same but didn't want to worry me but he thought I was starting too!
