Hello so I've very recently found out I'm preg with number 2.

I'm just over 4 weeks and don't have any symptoms yet. To me this is strange as last time I was nauseas from the start and it made me think to do a test.

So basically when do symptoms typically start? 5+ weeks 6+?

I have to decide whether to keep my gym membership or cancel it now otherwise ill need a sick note to pause it and don't want to waste 12 months money.

Thanks for replying

6 weeks seems to be about average, however there's no guarantee you will feel sick this pregnancy as they can all be different. Personally I had no nausea with DS however this pregnancy I've been fairly sick and constant nausea since 5 weeks!

I believe 6 weeks is the average, but as pp said, every preganncy is different. I am approximately 5 weeks with DC2, at this point with DC1 I was suffering quite badly with morning sickness, but no lingering nausea.
This time at the same stage I ahve been sick a few times, but nothing major, however I have waves of nausea on and off all day.

I was 8 weeks :)

I've always had some kind of symptom from before my period was due, which prompts me to test.

With DS2 it was nausea and exhaustion and an icky feeling like my period was about to start, but didn't.

With this one (I'm 9 weeks) it was the fact that I needed to pee every five minutes. Proper symptoms (vomming etc) started around 5-6 weeks.

My three pregnancies have all been different, symptoms-wise. Don't read too much into them.
