I know you can get vouchers for a free sitting with a free pic but havnt seen them around for over a year, I know you used to be able to get them free with some products like bugaboos and I've seen them at supermarkets before, does anyone have any idea where I might find one??
P.s yes I know how expensive they are Wink

You can buy one for £35 here. I got one free when I bought my car but that was a couple of years ago.

My partner and I did one together a couple of years ago and it was so much fun - it is expensive but we thought it was totally worth it and will be happy to do another session with the kids :)

My friend had some done and they are lovely. However she did get carried away and spent over a grand in them.....

Search mumsnet before you commit - plenty of horror stories about Venture on here - mine included!

I think your experience depends on which branch you go to. They're all franchises and some are more pushy and less willing to negotiate on price than others.

We had a shoot a month or so ago and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience, service and lack of hard sell. That was with a branch in the north west. However, I have heard horror stories about other branches, particularly in the south east. I'd ask around locally to find out the experiences of other people with your local branch if I were you.

I've been to this branch before with dd1 when she was a baby, now she's a toddler and we have a new one so would like to go again, yes they are really expensive but we had no hard sell at all, we were just shown the pics and we asked what offers they had, they told us the best they could do and we decided from what we wanted what would work, we were given the prices after the photo shoot before the viewing so it wasn't like they sprung it on us so my experience with them was great and they were helpful offering different offers, I do so love the pictures aswell. They do seem to be able to get something that other people just don't quite get
That said I still wouldn't go without the voucher Wink
