cannot sleep she horrendous heartburn :(

So it's past 1 in the morning again and I cant sleep :( bump feeling very uncomfortable and I have awful heartburn. Ran out of gaviscon but got some antacid tablets that don't work :( feeling very sorry for myself!!! I should be happy cos o know baby will be here's Thursday, got my elcs then but I swear the days are slowing right down lol! And the nights are dragging due to this bleedin insomnia! Ok rant over ;)

Oh I so remember that. Actually used to swallow 4 gaviscon tabs at a time, then sleep upright. Baby couldn't come too soon!

Try a glass of milk? Not really got much advice, 22+2 and only have really mild heartburn. You could also try propping yourself upright, apparently that helps :)

Coconut water helps with heartburn. I drink tons to keep heartburn at bay x

Go to the doctors and get some ranitidine tablets. I take two a day and not had heartburn since..... They have kept me sane. You might be able to get them without prescription.
