I am almost 6 weeks pregnant. If I hadn't done a test, I wouldn't know. I have no symptoms at all and feel exactly the same as I did before I was pregnant. Will they come or is something wrong?

Some lucky people don't get any symptoms at all! My MIL was fine throughout all 3 of her pregnancies.

For me, nausea started at about 6 and a half weeks, speaking to people on here it seems to start at around 6 weeks for most.

Just you wait. I was about 6 weeks when it all kicked off as are most people I think. Hope you don't get morning sickness but be aware that this time coming up now is the golden period for it!

I felt nothing until 7 weeks then was floored. Hopefully you'll be lucky and just have few symptoms--which is no bad thing.

Thank you all. I've got one child already, but have had 2 miscarriages (1 mmc) and am a worrier by nature. Last time I was pregnant was 3 years ago, so I can barely remember what it was like.

I hope I get some symptoms to reassure me, but I know some poor people feel horrific...

I didn't have any symptoms until 8 weeks :) try not to worry, I know it's difficult.
