Disappearing symptoms....

Very new, and first BFP here and everything is making me paranoid....

Over the last 4-5 days there have been major changes in the way my breasts have looked and they went quickly from being 'normal' to feeling tight, heavy, tingly and sore.

However, as of yesterday all the strange sensations have completely stopped. My areolas are still larger than normal and the little glands are still evident, but in general, my breasts feel more like their normal size and softness and there are no tingles/pains in my nipples at all.

Should such obvious pregnancy symptoms suddenly disappear so quickly?

I was also having aches and cramps yesterday on and off throughout the day. They were there a little bit this morning too but have completely stopped now.

I'm obviously thinking the worst..... Sad

Hi writer, first of all congratulations! Flowers
When I first got pregnant, I had the most horrific cramps. They were like really bad period pains and used to wake me up in the night. I constantly thought 'my period is here, I'm going to lose the baby' and I even ended up in a&e at 3 am one morning. It turned out they were just implantation cramps!
I'm now 12 weeks and my symptoms still come and go, it's very common. One weekend at around 5 weeks I lost all my symptoms for about 3 days - felt completely pre-pregnancy again. Someone on here gave a good explanation - your hormones are increasing so quickly that your body can adjust to them for a couple of days, and then you have another surge.
As long as you have no bleeding, you should be fine.
