35 weeks pg and sickness only starting now?

I have had a good pregnancy.. really felt well throughout. However, in the last few weeks have taste of vomit (TMI) in my mouth and last night felt a real surge of it.. but it didn't come out.

A bit strange since I didn't have any up until now?
Any reasons? Did this happen to you. TIA

A few options:

• the child is quite high up and is in your digestive space;
• you are a bit run down;
• an early sign of labour;.
