12 weeks. Sore boobs I can deal with. But this feels like mastitis?!

I'm 12 weeks today.
DC3 assuming all goes well at my scan on Monday.
Sore boobs I remember from the last two but this is ridiculous.
They're huge (normal I know) but SO HOT.
And sometimes there's loads of capillary types blood vessels showing like when you have bad mastitis.
Is this normal or should I see someone.
I've had it since day dot pretty much.
It's not getting any better and I dread taking my bar off at the end of the night. The pain is ridiculous.
Can anyone help/sympathise??

I can 100% I swear its exactly like mastitis! Mine were agonising! Have u got yourself some maternity bras yet? That helped me massively, instantly in fact and as my pregnancy has progressed, I'm 26 weeks now they're feeling fine, I'd say at about 18 weeks they were pretty much pain free, I still have the odd twinge but nothing like in the beginning.

My boobs defo didn't hurt as much with my son tho, strange!

Mine were the same during my pregnancy, agony, I wore a normal bra and a bigger sized sports bra over the top, I even wore a soft bra to bed, got much better from about 20 weeks

Thanks purple and tru.
It's good to know it might actually stop before I have to use them for feeding! Double ouch.

I was like that in my first pregnancy. I was moved to tears by the end of the day when I needed to take my bra off. I really sympathise. It was the worst symptom I had. It did ease.

I second maternity bras. I went to Bravissimo and was fortunate enough to be fitted by a lady who had suffered the same and spent a long time fitting me and sympathising.

I also found wearing a bra at night important.
