Can you perm your hiar while pregnant safely..?

Anyone know..? Hairdresser says yes as it dosn't get absorbed by your body iykwim.

I'm around 6 weeks and fancy a change to my hair so have decided to have a loose curl put through my hair..
With my 1st I never dyed my hair or did anything to it through choice but want to check about perming..??

I thought a perm wouldn't take if you were pregnant.That is what they used to say back in the perming heyday of the 1980's anyway.

Can't see it doing much harm if the perming solution doesn't get onto your scalp

mmm didn't think about that one...will check with my hairdresser..anyone else got advice..??

im not sure if u can have a perm, i know you carnt have any colour put in your hair also the same goes with having false nails, i had to take mine off when i found out i was pregnant. best check with your midwife
