DC3 would I be crazy?!!

I've just had DD2 - gorgeous girl who is 12 weeks old. My DD1 is nearly so there's a big gap. Now thing is I'm 43 - just - and I'm thinking should we/could we try for DC3? Or am I being greedy. I had EMCS with DD1 and an elective with DD2 so would have to wait a few months. DH has has some anxiety issues - some of you may recall - but he's having treatment and has decided to re-train (without giving up job) to make himself happier.
Anyone been in same situation? My cousin had her eldest at 47 ...

I'm 40 and preggers with no.3. I just had an 'urge' and I couldn't make it go away, despite me trying my hardest. DH didn't have an 'urge' for trying to conceive no.1 or 2, but this time he just says what difference would it make? Or, what he actually says is "we're up all bloody night with 2 kids, we couldn't possibly get any less sleep by chucking in a third.". He is secretly happy though and I defo am. I'd say go for it!

hello CareerGirl01 i say go for it lifes to short for regrets after all im 26 and expecting our 3rd baby im now 26 weeks pregnant :D younguest is 1 and a half she will be 2 when the babys born not in your situation but id def go for it

hello! well I'm not in exactly the same position though had the same thoughts of whether I was crazy to try for no.3! Just couldn't shake that feeling that I wanted another. I'm 36 so I'm feeling that if I'm going to have another one I want to do it now.

Go for it if it's not going to cause any major issues (i.e. DH not wanting another or money problems) as princess says, I tend to agree, life is too short and three can only be one more bundle of loveliness!! (well at least thats my opinion and I'm now 18wks with no.3!)
