is is safe to perm eyelashes when pregnant?

My friend is a student beautician and wants to perm my eyelashes. Is this safe when you are pregnant?

HI my beautician friend just rang a minute ago and she said it lasts about 6 weeks and that the solution is realy weak and it does not touch the skin and it is only on your top lash. What do you think? Still check with midwife?

I'd check, but I'm sure it is. I had mine dyed a couple of weeks ago.
