it could be something or nothing, nobody here can really tell you it'll be fine as we don't know that but you've done the right thing in getting it arranged to be seen later, hope all is ok :)

I had similar sort of pains/aches all day yesterday. The midwife told me to take paracetamol and rest and if it got worse to call the hospital. The paracetemol helped so I didn't call the hospital but spoke to the midwife again she said it sounded like it's just everything inside strectching and not to worry.

Hope it goes ok for you.x

ahh glad all is ok :)

make sure you are drinking lots and lots of fluids to help with that constipation.

to be honest I already do drink alot of water and juice I dont no what causes me to be so constipated but even befor I got pregnant I always suffered with it but im lactose intolerant I also have a slight alergy to wheat so kaybe thats why the midwife just said to eat plenty of fruit and buy some lactoloose xx

You need lots of iron to help with that, things like red meat, spinach & kale etc. It will help keep your iron stores up too which baby takes lots of during pregnancy.
