Hiya i recently had a miscarriage in april and i was devastated and now my doctor thinks am pregnant again:) i went to my doctor and explained how i wasnt feeling right light headed sickly urinating alot etc and how i get niggly pains in my lower abdomen and how am very emotional and moody has anyone else felt this way and do you think i could be pregnant :)

Hi, sorry for your loss in April - i just thought i'd say that i'm nearly 9 weeks pregnant and i felt 'off' about a week after conception - i was dizzy, randomly emotional, had sore boobs and was even sick before my period was even due. On the day that i believe implantation happened i had a strange pinching sort of feeling in my lower abdomen on my left side. Not sure if that helps! Have you missed a period yet? I did a test 6 days before period due and it came
up positive!

Thanks ive had the dizzy spells anol too its ao strange it the exact symtoms i had in my last pregnancy i jus hope i am weve been trying so long with so many mc i jus want it to finally happen and congrats to ya xxx
