The humidity is killing me

I'm in SW Ireland and while the heat has dropped the humidity is at 88% and I feel terrible. I'm 38+2

I'm light headed and short of breath. I'm stuck to the couch, my poor dog doesn't know what's going on as I don't even feel able to go into the garden to him. He keeps lying down in front of me for belly rubs but I have to stop really quickly due to heartburn (which I though was supposed to ease up in later pregnancy, mine has gotten worse in the last few days!). I can't imagine going into labour in this weather!

The air con has been broken in my office and the humidity has been awful! I'm not surprised you're feeling the way you are. Don't feel bad about resting up - our bodies are having to work so much harder than normal xx
