Anyone used anybody other than the NCT?

Not a massive fan of the NCT (for various reasons I won't go into), so am looking to see if there's anything else around.

I would see what your NHS offers before you pay for anything. We had 4 sessions I think, only 3 couples ever turned up and there were always two midwives so it was really good. I know the NCT group running at the same time had 13 couples!

DH also went to a special Dads session, which he paid for, with a male midwife - a rare species I think! He found that really helpful.
