Too early to worry?

Hi
I was just wondering if anyone knew when PE could start to become something to worry about?
I know what things to worry about due to a scare in my previous pg and the very sad outcome for a friend. I am 24 + 3 and this morning my swelling is much worse today, spreading up my calves. I also have a banging headache and feel generally quite rubbish.
I am almost certain this is more to do with the 13 hour shift I worked yesterday finishing at 2am this morning than anything else but wondered when I should start treating these types of symptoms more seriously? Is 24 weeks too soon to worry? X

Hi, I'm only 11+3 but have looked up PE quite a bit as my mum was poorly with it when she had me so I'm at higher risk for it.
From what I've read it's rare for it to happen before 28 weeks I think, if you're concerned ring your midwife though they will give you the best advice about what to do.
It's probably from over-doing it yesterday and your body telling you to slow down a bit. It's always best to err on the side of caution in pregnancy though xx

I know someone who's baby was delivered at 27 weeks because of PE so not impossible. You should go and get checked out if you are worried especially with your history.
Hopefully it is nothing but better to be safe.
