Do you have to take it past first trimester? What vitamins if any, do you take in pregnancy? I'm just taking folic acid by itself. I eat well and haven't been sick (knock wood!) but I wonder if I should supplement or not.

I took a multivitamin called Pregnacare, which does what it says on the tin.

It's first trimester that folic acid is particularly important in. I took Pregnacare consistently in first trimester and sporadically thereafter.

Multi have been proven to reduce labour time becauser the placenter has everythingg it needs.
