Rock - fab news! Sorry I didn't get here in time this morning to wish you luck - but you didn't need it! I had a scan this time at almost exactly the same point - after previous mc points etc, and it helped so much. So pleased for you.

Gary - hope alls okay at the scan today. If you are worried can you call them so they see you earlier?

Tiredness has hit me today! I thought 2nd trimester was supposed to be full of energy - I can hardly move! Bump has had a growth spurt too, I'm enormous. How I have another 3.5 months of growing to do, I don't know!

Gary I'm sure baby is just chilling out, movement drops a bit towards the end anyway doesn't it as there's not much space? What time is your scan?

gary - I'd go straight in now, don't wait for your appointment. Although everything WILL be fine, I don't think its worth any risk at all and a lack of movements should always send you straight in to your hospital, which should have a day assessment unit that you can self refer to.

My bump is so much smaller than last time pentagon, I can't believe it as I was expecting to be absolutely huge

Im shattered too santa been called back to GP tomorrow after my blood tests so think ill be on the iron, hope it does the trick!

Bit at your second scan already, I'm getting very twitchy for my next one. Have chased up the midwife about my 12 week scan and the stupid GP has forgotten to send my referral so I've left a message with the surgery to please send it ASAP. I hope this doesn't delay things. I might have pay for a private scan at this rate but trying to be calm and positive.

Well I'm feeling sorry for myself today as been off work with a cold and sore throat. Not being able to take proper medication doesn't help.

santa i've been totally knackered the last few days as well, afternoon naps are my new thing!

so i emailed my boss today to find out about my maternity pay (he's a bit dodgy so was getting pretty stressed about it all) and he said he'd give me more than the SMP! quite shocked!! bt very relieved as was panicking about getting through winter with heating bills etc!

I have been at Peppa Pig World today, needless to say DD loved it but I'm bloody exhausted - and I mostly sat waiting for DD and DH all day! There were lots of scrummy babies and it confirmed to me that 90% of girl toddlers are called Isabel! (same as DD).

Hi ladies, I don't know if you remember me either but a little bird thunder tells me you love a happy ending on this thread so I thought I'd pop in
I was here last summer after a mc at 7 weeks. You lot really helped me through it and when I fell pg again I was too scared to even come on MN!

I'm proud to say my beautiful baby daughter was born on Saturday. She is perfect and amazing. I'm so overwhelmed with love I can't describe it!
I'm wishing you all happy pregnancies with healthy babies at the end of it!!!
