Is this heatstroke?

Hello, I am 33+4 with DC2, I haven't been out in the sun too much today, when I have been outside this afternoon I sat in the shade. I have generally been struggling with the heat though and today when I bought DD and picnic stuff in from the car when we got home I felt very dizzy and sick and had to sit down with some ice cold water for a while.

So anyway, about 6pm I had an ice lolly that I made with squash, I thought it was a little strong for my taste but ate it fine, since then I have been violently sick every 5-10 minutes or so, even now vomiting up water that I drink as there is obviously nothing left in my stomach.

I am thinking even though I wasn't that keen on the lolly this reaction can't surely be to that?! So is it maybe heatstroke? Or are there any other more worrying signs I should be looking out for that could affect the baby?

Maybe it's a bug or food poisoning?

Are you able to keep down any fluids now? Please don't take any risks if you feel at all dizzy or if you aren't passing much urine. Dehydration can become a bit of a vicious cycle so you might need a quick trip to your nearest walk-in clinic for some IV fluids.

Have you taken your temperature?

Have you had much to drink today? Dizziness and feeling/being sick can be signs of heat exhaustion, which can lead to heatstroke. I would probably seek medical advice as it can be dangerous

I've had loads to drink today as I always feel rubbish at the moment if I don't, haven't been sick for about 15 minutes but still don't feel good, I will keep sipping water and if I am still not able to keep it down in an hour or so I will go to ooh to be checked.

I would say it would be a bug or the heat rather than food poisoning but who knows. Baby is not helping with the sickness by bouncing around so much really low in my pelvis! The joys of pregnancy!!
