Early pregnancy cramps

Hi all I am 5 weeks pregnant and since I found out I have had awful cramps and back pain like I am coming on. I also have the worst constipation.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal????

I am petrified something maybe wrong with the baby :-(

All normal - things are starting to stretch and shift down there, and your digestion slows down which frequently causes constipation (personally I get the opposite problem...). Congratulations on your pregnancy :)

yep totally normal am currently 5wks + 5 with my second dc and been experiencing the same ..had cramping with ds too it eased off after 6 weeks for me.

Thank you all for the reassurance wasn't planned but I am very excited I am actually looking forward to morning sickness

Completely normal, 10+6 here and still getting the odd 'I'm going to start my period feeling'.
