Rash on bump???

Last night I was going to bed and noticed a rash all over my bump. Tiny tiny little bumps- mostly on lower sides of bump. It started itching a bit then (after I'd seen it) but is not itchy this morning. Do I need to worry? I don't feel worried and am inclined to leave until midwife appt next tue. Unless any of you lovely people recommend otherwise. I am 35 weeks exactly.

Thank you!

That's what I'm thinking. Not really had it before so difficult to tell - I usually get prickly heat on hands....

If the rash looks like this then - given the current weather - it is very likely to be heat rash.

Thanks for that- that's helpful. All the googlypics I'd seen were of more severe red marks. I'm going to say heat rash and not worry about it. Thanks everyone!

I had a bit of heat rash on the top of my bump the other night. It's been a bit itchy in the day every now and then but I'm putting it down to heat rash and my stretching skin.

If your rash blisters at all, or doesn't improve, I would get it checked out.

Even if you think it's just heat rash it could be worth popping to the Dr. I had it on my hands and chest at 14 weeks and got it checked because I didn't know what it was. The doctor was lovely and prescribed magic emollient cream that made it all go away.
