Hi all,

just wondering if anyone else was suffering with this particular ailment! I am drinking lots and elevating my legs but my thigh muscles are especially achey and painful. Did not have this in my last pregnancy. ..
Thanks for reading!

Mine are a bit more achey in the last week or so (32wks), but having them elevated at work, not sitting/standing for long persiods and drinking lots of water is mostly dealing with it.

All throughout my pregnancy i had sore and achy leg muscles, i would literally wake up screaming in pain with a tennis ball sized lump in my calf, my husband had to rub my legs to get it to go down, every pregnancy is different and im sure its just your body coping under pressure.

How odd - I've just started experiencing this yesterday and today - particularly the cramp - I'm 26+6 tomorrow!

I have sciatica too which was inadvertently caused by surgery I had 2 months ago, which means I can't lie or sit or stand for long periods without being in pain or having severe piña and needles in both my legs ant my right arm (not the left arm, strangely)

Sorry I have no advice as but glad I'm not alone in this. Smile

If only Smile

How are you finding the rest of the pregnancy?

Not great. I spent most of my first trimester in hospital and our first child was stillborn so it's a tough time. Just keeping busy with work. How about you?

I'm really sorry to hear that Sad

I've had a bit of everything really - hg and sciatica. Also decided that 19 weeks pregnant was the best time to need emergency surgery to have my appendix out! They took too long and it ruptured though so was in hospital for a while but we are both ok now.

Also keeping busy with work as I get myself panicky waiting for something else to start if left to my own devices. [snile]

Not to mention insomnia! Lol
