to the point when DH asked what was wrong I couldn't get proper words out! Then today I feel like biting someone's (anyone's) head off! Ah well at least I'm 37 weeks, not much longer.

heh. hormones. My DH found me crumpled in a heap on the floor after watching Corrie when I was around 37 weeks. At least you had a proper reason Smile.

I'd love to reassure you that it all gets better when your dc arrives, but I think I was an emotional wreck for about a year after she was born ("her face is just so beautiful" sob...). Still well up over things that would have totally passed me by before I had a baby...

Good luck, hope the next couple of weeks passes quickly (and happily!!) for you.

Chatting about this at work and a lady told me she still wells up over things that would have passed her by beforehand - her kids are in their 30's.

This is not what I wanted to hear! I was already a bit prone to crying (sad stuff relating to animals and elderly people mostly). It's gotten way worse since I've been pregnant and now you're telling me I'm not going to improve?!

Think I may have a little cry Sad

I cried on the way home from work. Absolutely no reason at all, nothing, zilch!!!!!

Wait until after the baby is born and you find yourself watching a nature programme. I couldn't stop sobbing over some baby meerkats.

I cried today when DH asked me if I wanted lunch now or in half an hour. The decision-making responsibility was just too much for me!
