Im only six weeks but the last two weeks I have felt pregnant. It is my second. However for the last two\three days - nothing. If there is something wrong, will a pregnancy test still show as positive?

Symptoms can come and go quite rapidly without it meaning anything. I know it's your second pg but each pg is very different, so most probably you are worrying unnecessarily. Unfortunately a pg test would stay positive in any event, sometimes until well after a MC occurs as it takes time for your body to recognise and stop producing the HCG. Sorry that you are worried, it is such a worrying time isn't it?

I know....I had assumed that I would be quite blase about this pg havibg done one before but alas!

I also felt this way at around your time, just didn't feel quite 'right'. I think your body has its ups and downs, try not to worry. I'm now 21 weeks and have a very wriggly baby

Please don't worry. At 7w I was convinced I'd imagined everything. Symptoms gone, I did another test which was positive, but a much lighter line than I'd had earlier. A day or so later I ended up at the EPU after spotting, only to be told I was having twins. I think your body is adjusting to having the placenta taking over. The morning sickness started a week later - enjoy no symptoms while they last!!
