Hello,

Currently 36+4 - when would you advise starting raspberry leaf tea?

Do you think it actually works or is it more of an old wives tale?!
Thanks!

Hey, I'm 34+2 and been having a cup a day (when I remember!) since 32 weeks, read somewhere you can start from then. First baby so cant help on whether it works but am hopeful! Hopefully others will come with positive stories!

I'd start now. You're a little late already. Just google to find out how many cups you're meant to drink when. I think at your stage 3 cups a day but I might be remembering it wrong.

Now idea if it works but I drank it in my last pregnancy. Obviously I'm not sure if there would have been a difference had I not had it.
