Hi

We have had a rough few wewks of it lately 2 weeks ago my daughter 2 and half had meningitis and at the weekend my son had his appendix out so could do with something good to look forward too.

We have 5 children 10, 7, 2 a half, and 18 month old twins. We went abroad last year and was lovely.
But as we have now 3 toddlers we decided staying in the UK would be easier.

Any recommendations im in Sussex area.

EmB1715 · 15/07/2013 12:44

Camber is good as it has Rye and Winchelsea close by! Or perhaps Lewes, which is close to Brighton and Eastbourne?

Devon would probably be lovely right now, and not as far to drive as cornwall.

Are you thinking holiday park?

I have been to Waterside Holiday Park in Paignton which was a nice break. They will have kids entertainment etc and a swimming pool.
The Company was Park Holidays UK www.parkholidays.com if you want to check them out.

If you drive, Pembrokeshire is fabulous for children. Places like Freshwater East are lovely, rural village with quiet beach, but only a short drive to Tenby for a lovely seaside town and lots of other beaches like Barafundle and Broadhaven. Lots of activities too - Folly Farm and the Bluestone holiday site are nearby, the latter with a good swimming pool with slides etc.

Ah sorry misread thinking you were after somewhere in Sussex! Yes Durdle Door and Weymouth area is lovely, especially for families!
