I am 16 weeks pregnant and have finally thought I need to stop eating so much rubbish! I am eating chocolate and crisps everyday. I do manage to eat lots of fruit as well but I definitely weigh more at this point than I did with DS1.
So any ideas for pretty healthy snacks that I can eat a lot of and take to work? I have been going for oatcake and peanut butter but they don't stop the chocolate binge at 3pm! Thanks in advance
