I'm 36 + 4 and have had a low down pelvis pressure since yesterday. I was breech for a while but midwife thinks he's head down now.

For me it was very sudden and felt like a bowling ball being dropped into my pelvis.

I'm the same as you (36+) and for the last couple of weeks have felt more pressure in my pelvis, along with a hell of a lot of muscle weaknesses and shooting pains down my legs and inner thighs. Much more lower back ache too, pains and bruised feeling in my "undercarriage" as mum calls it, and feeling like I need to go to the loo way more often, even when I don't. On Tuesday I was told that baby is 4/5ths palpable which I guess means he has just started to engage. (Bit worried that its going to get 4 times worse in the next 3 weeks!)
