Ciphalic 1 presentation. What is "1" stands for?

Hi there. I know cephalic is head down but does 1 mean anything? Confused and can't find anything on google to clarify this... :(

I'm pretty sure position 1 is OP - occiput posterior, meaning baby is facing inwards towards your spine.

Does the number have a '+' or a '-' next to it?

This refers to the position of the baby's head in relation to your pelvis, with + being lower down and - being higher up in relation to certain point of your pelvis.
